We use e-packet mail with a tracking number for orders from the US, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

**Where Are My Items Coming From?**
Although our fulfillment center is located in the US, some of our specialty items may come from other countries, such as Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Malaysia.
**Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?**
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
