HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders typically take about 3-5 days to process. For items in stock, the average shipping time is between 7-15 days to most parts of the USA. There may be delays from the postal company, and your location might affect shipping times. We strive to prepare all orders and hand them over to the shipping company within 3-5 business days.

Since some of our products are shipped directly from our partners in other countries, please allow 2-3 weeks for US delivery and 3-5 weeks for international delivery.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

In most cases, yes. Tracking numbers from our partners may take 5-10 days to show results. If for any reason we are unable to provide you with a tracking number, we will notify you.

THERE ARE NO SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE FOR MY CART OR DESTINATION

We aim to ship worldwide. If you don't see any available shipping methods, please contact us so we can find a way to arrange shipping.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER/ADDRESS, CAN I?

While we strongly recommend double-checking sizes and addresses before placing an order, we understand that mistakes can happen. Orders are processed the same day they are placed. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at shiowliew@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate the change, though we cannot guarantee it. If the item(s) has already been shipped, we cannot make changes. In that case, you can return the incorrect item to our headquarters, and once received, we will send out the corrected item.

I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you encounter any issues with your item, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. The item must still be in its original packaging. We are not responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of $6.00 will apply. Please contact us as soon as possible at shiowliew@gmail.com so we can sort everything out.
