Shipping & Return

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Good Concept, but Needs Improvement

I bought this hidden GFCI outlet camera hoping to enhance my home security discreetly. The installation was straightforward, and I appreciate that it still functions as a regular outlet. The 4K video quality is impressive, and I love being able to stream live footage to my phone. However, I ran into some issues. The motion detection doesn’t always trigger as expected, sometimes missing important moments, and I wish the night vision feature was included for nighttime monitoring. Additionally, I noticed that the onboard 32GB SD card fills up quickly, so I’ll need to upgrade to a larger one to avoid missing recordings. Overall, it’s a good idea, but I feel like there’s potential for better functionality.

Honestly I’m no electrician but obviously look at the old one and copy it boom it’s installed nothing to it I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars on the hidden cams and not one would connect to WiFi an ever work no joke 10 seconds this thing was connected and the video quality is great I’m now 7 miles from home checked it out works perfectly definitely giving 5 stars
